Become a Bilingual Mentor

Help Spanish Speaking Families Thrive

Walk Alongside Families Who Need Support, Encouragement, and Hope

Every parent deserves someone who believes in them.

At Bartow Family Resources, we’re looking for compassionate bilingual (Spanish/English) volunteers to serve as Parenting Mentors and Dad Coaches in our BFR Academy Parenting Program.

Many of the families we serve speak Spanish as their primary language. Having mentors who can communicate in both English and Spanish helps remove barriers, build trust, and ensure every parent receives the encouragement and education they deserve.

Your time can make a lasting impact on families in Cartersville, Bartow County, and communities throughout Northwest Georgia

Why We Need Bilingual Volunteers

Families are stronger when they have support.

Many parents are navigating:

  • Pregnancy and newborn care
  • Healthy relationships
  • Financial stress
  • Parenting challenges
  • Communication barriers
  • Fear
  • Building confidence as mothers and fathers

A bilingual mentor helps ensure language never becomes a barrier to receiving life-changing support.

Your ability to speak both English and Spanish could be exactly what a family needs to feel welcomed, understood, and encouraged.
